These terms cover your access to the MyPics product and website.

Using MyPics

  • Please only share information you are comfortable sending.
  • Do not misuse the service, interfere with others, or attempt unauthorized access.

Privacy and communications

  • We use your email to run the service and share important updates.
  • You can unsubscribe from marketing emails, but we may still send critical account notices.

Your content and storage

  • Your original photos stay in your chosen storage provider.
  • You grant MyPics permission to read metadata and generate thumbnails so the product can work.
  • We may store temporary indexes, hashes, and metadata in our databases to speed up search and navigation.
  • We do not store your original photo files or thumbnails in our systems, and we never share this data.

Accounts and billing

  • You are responsible for the storage provider account you connect.
  • Billing terms for the MyPics viewer are shared during signup and may change with notice.

Availability and changes

  • MyPics is still evolving, so features may change as we improve the experience.
  • If we update these terms, we will post the latest version here.

Liability

  • We work hard to keep MyPics reliable and secure, but the site is provided as-is while we are still building.
  • We are not responsible for losses outside our control, but we will always try to help resolve issues quickly.
